This page explains which cookies and third-party tools redfoxy.it uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage your consent, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s cookie guidelines of 10 June 2021.
On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject all or customize your choice by category. Until you consent, no optional cookies are set and no third-party tools are loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you will be asked again.

Experience (only with consent)
Some posts contain YouTube videos (Google Ireland Ltd). Videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and only if you allow this category or press “Load video”. Without consent you see a placeholder with a link to watch the video directly on YouTube. Once playing, YouTube may use its own cookies and local storage, for example:

Measurement (only with consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) for aggregated visit statistics. The script is loaded only if you allow this category; GA4 does not store IP addresses and we do not use it for advertising.

Consent records
To be able to demonstrate the choices made in the banner (Art. 7(1) GDPR), each choice is recorded on our server with: a random consent identifier (the same one stored in the redfoxy_consent cookie, shown in the preferences panel), date and time, banner version, chosen categories, language, page, truncated IP address (without its last part, so it cannot be traced to a single device) and browser type. The legal basis is the legal obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Records are kept for 2 years, then deleted automatically, and are not shared with third parties.
Third parties and transfers
Google processes data as described at policies.google.com/privacy. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site’s fonts are served from our own server, without contacting Google Fonts.
Managing or withdrawing consent
You can change your mind at any time, as easily as you gave consent: open cookie settings or use the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent for measurement, Google Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to redfoxy@redfoxy.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
